Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. is seeking a Math Instructor / Tutor to teach both in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method. You will work with a team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting and assess student progress throughout sessions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for math, excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and proficiency through Algebra 2. Availability at least 3 days per week after school and on weekends is preferred.

What you will do as a Math Instructor / Tutor

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

What we are looking for in a Math Instructor / Tutor

• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra 2
• Must be available at least 3 days per week during center hours (Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–7:00 PM)

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
