Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

• Encourage, motivate, and engage students during instruction
• Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized instruction
• Correct student work and provide positive feedback
• Manage student behavior to create a positive learning environment
• Maintain a growth mindset towards student learning and teaching
• Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Strong math skills through at least Algebra I, comfortable teaching higher math
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Applicants must take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Additional Info

• Open Monday - Thursday 2:30 - 7:30 pm, Saturday 10 am - 2 pm
• Flexible scheduling, 5-15 hours per week
• Pay from $11 to $15, with opportunities for advancement
