Job summary

Mathnasium of Mathnasium (ID: 2903501) seeks a dedicated Math Instructor to teach K-12 students using the Mathnasium Method. You’ll work in-center or online, providing individualized instruction in a group setting and tracking student progress.

We value passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. This part-time role offers after-school and weekend hours, with training, curriculum, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and helping students succeed.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Willingness to learn Mathnasium teaching methods and curriculum.
• Proficient with Algebra I and fundamental math topics.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using Mathnasium Method and materials.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver personalized instruction.

What you will do as a Math Instructor / Tutor:

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
