Job summary

Mathnasium of Salinas is seeking instructors to deliver Mathnasium Method™ tutoring to K-12 students in a center setting. You will work with a team to provide individualized instruction within small groups and monitor student engagement.

We emphasize a fun, supportive work culture, continuous training, and clear paths for advancement to Lead Instructor, Assistant Center Director, and beyond. Flexible, part-time hours support a balanced schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center using Mathnasium Method™ and approved practices.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess student progress and engagement during sessions.
• Maintain a safe, professional learning environment.
• Support administrative tasks around the center.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians.
