Job summary

Mathnasium seeks a friendly, enthusiastic Math Instructor to help K-12 students understand math in a way that makes sense. This in-person, part-time role offers after-school and weekend hours with competitive pay and growth potential across multiple centers.

You’ll teach using the Mathnasium Method, assess progress, and collaborate with staff to provide a positive, engaging learning environment while building confidence and program value.

Qualifications

• Must pass math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
• Must provide work authorization and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
• Work collaboratively with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ progress and engagement during instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
