Position Summary

We are seeking an Instructor to create engaging and productive learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed in math.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, reporting directly to the District Director/Education Coordinator.

You Will

1. Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and practices.
2. Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting.
3. Assess students' learning progress and engagement.
4. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
5. Support maintaining a safe and professional learning environment.

You Bring

1. A passion for math and working with students.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and receive training.
4. Strong math skills through at least Algebra I.
5. Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
