Job summary

Academy Prep Center of Tampa seeks a Middle School Teaching Fellow focused on Math for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves supervising students across the school day, supporting math and English interventions, and leading enrichment activities, field trips, and school events.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license, and prior experience with children or in educational settings. On-campus housing and stipends are offered alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor student activities, including breakfast, lunch/recess, and dismissal.
• Assist with academic intervention with a focus on math and English.
• Lead/assist afternoon enrichment classes.
• Supervise the afternoon study hall.
• Lead/assist at least two Saturday field trips per month.
• Participate in school fundraising events as a representative of APT.
