Job summary

ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXTRACURRICULAR VACANCY

POSITION: Math Field Day Tutor/Coordinator

LOCATION: Robert Bland Middle School

CERTIFICATION: West Virginia Teaching Certificate

QUALIFICATION: Prior experience with Math Field Day Competition Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Tutor/prepare students for County and Regional Math Field Day competitions for at least twelve (12) hours
• 2. Attend all planning meetings scheduled by the County Student Competition Supervisor
• 3. Plan ahead and be responsible for all phases of Competitions
• 5. Responsible for preparing and ordering awards/certificates for participants and winners
• 6. Submit award winners to County Supervisor
• 7. Prepare press releases regarding Math Field Day
• 8. Attend and assist with regional Math Field Day
• 9. Other duties relating to Math Field Day assigned by the County Supervisor and/or Superintendent

SALARY: $750.00
