Job summary

Fort Worth ISD in Texas is seeking a campus-based Mathematics teacher to serve as the teacher of record for 1–2 STAAR-tested periods and to provide lab-style learning as a professional development model for peers.

You will collaborate with campus leaders to accelerate student achievement, coach teachers, and support curriculum implementation using district-adopted materials and data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education or related field.
• Texas Teaching Certification required.
• Experience in secondary Mathematics with a track record of improving achievement.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaches 1–2 standard class periods as the teacher of record.
• Leads and participates in professional learning communities (PLCs).
• Provides on-the-job coaching and targeted instructional support.
• Uses data to inform targeted interventions and drive student growth.
