Job summary

Bricolage Academy in New Orleans invites applications for the role of Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment (Math). The position leads our math curriculum work, coaches teachers, and partners with leaders to ensure equity, engaging instruction, and standards alignment.

The director will co-lead selection and development of curricular resources, design professional development, and monitor student outcomes through data analysis to close achievement gaps across grade levels.

Qualifications

• Role requires at least 2 years of school leadership experience.
• Experience coaching teachers around standards-aligned instruction.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core and NGSS alignment.
• Experience designing and leading PD for diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead selection and evaluation of tier 1 curricular resources.
• Align resources with standards and ensure accessibility for all students.
• Develop curriculum maps, scopes and sequences, and unit launches.
• Lead curriculum specific professional development for leaders, teachers, and families.
• Monitor and support student outcomes through data analysis.
