Qualifications

• Experience coaching and delivering professional development to adults.

• Understanding of Pennsylvania core standards and curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and coaching to teachers to reach student potential.
• Model and co-teach lessons; deliver small-group instruction for interventions.
• Analyze school-wide data and recommend curriculum/assessment changes.
• Collaborate with staff to align pacing guides and assessments across grades.
• Assist with interventions, enrichment, and use of data to guide instruction.
• Support and supervise PSSA administration and school policies.
