Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in both Astoria and LIC.
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and schedule instructors.
• Build trusted relationships with parents and local organizations.
