Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. in Hillside School District seeks tutors to support 3rd–5th and 7th–8th grade students who are 1–2 levels below their peers. You will tutor small groups (4–6) alongside a classroom teacher for 5–6 sessions daily.

Minimum qualifications include a substitute certification and/or a bachelor's degree; strong math and literacy with Foundational Skills emphasis are preferred. Pay is $25.00 per hour for five hours per day, with a location in Hillside for the 2026–2027

Applications will be accepted for math and ELA tutors during the 2026-2027 school year. The tutor's primary responsibility is to assist schools in improving the academic achievement of 3rd through 5th grade and 7th-8th students who are 1-2 grade levels below their typically performing peers. The tutor will engage in direct tutoring support to small groups of 4-6 students along with a classroom teacher for 5-6 sessions per day.

Duration of Tutoring September 2026 through April 2027
