Job summary
Corewell Health's Pennock Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Women Infant Svcs Unit OB Delivery Postpartum 2nd Fl. You will lead a team of 15–25 RNs and drive clinical excellence, patient experience, quality outcomes, and staff development.
The role requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience, formal leadership exposure, and MI RN licensure. Primary duties include 24-hour accountability, policy development, and ensuring high-quality maternal care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
- Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.
- MI Registered Nurse license is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- NRP certification required within six months.
