Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, AR RN license, neonatal resuscitation and fetal monitoring credentials, and at least three years of leadership in obstetric nursing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSN and RN licensure in Arkansas.
• Neonatal resuscitation certification required.
• BLS and fetal monitoring certifications required.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct patient care in maternity and newborn care.
• Recruit, interview, and select staff for the Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum department.
• Provide leadership aligned with organizational goals and department objectives.
• Promote staff professional growth through training and continuing education.
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and probationary assessments.
