Job summary

Baylor Scott & White - Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift (7pm-7am) in the Antepartum, GYN Surgical, and Post Partum population. The unit operates with a 1:4 patient ratio and requires a minimum of 2 years of Mother Baby RN experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent Mother Baby RN experience.
• RN License is required.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• NRP certification or obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members about health care options.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies and ensure safety and efficiency.
