Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an RN to join the Maternal Newborn Service in Beverly Hospital. The role covers comprehensive mother and newborn care from admission through discharge, in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting designed to support families.

Required are a registered nurse license in Massachusetts, a BSN (preferred), and at least 2 years of OB experience, plus BLS and NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• 2 years OB experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and essential care on both Mother and Newborn, administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure therapies align with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to tailor an individualized care plan.
