Qualifications

• BNs required? (BSN preferred)
• Current MA RN license required
• BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and essential care for mother and newborn.
• Administer medications and monitor progress, adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Support and educate patients and families for discharge planning.
