Job summary

Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA is seeking a Nurse Manager for Maternal Newborn Services to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support a collaborative, family-centered culture.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, drive safety, and manage resources to sustain excellent outcomes in a Level IIB Special Care Nursery.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or related field preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license with BLS certification.
• Five+ years of inpatient Maternal-Newborn nursing experience.
• At least two years of nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical practice and unit operations.
• Provide staff leadership, coaching and evaluations.
• Lead quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate patient care delivery and system processes.
• Manage human resources and department finances.
• Support ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
