Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong data and analytical focus.
• Experience supporting data-driven initiatives, program planning, evaluation, or quality improvement.
• Knowledge of community engagement, health equity, and data-informed decision-making.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, REDCap or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.

• Analyze maternal and infant health and population health data to identify trends.
