Job summary

World Vision in Ghana seeks a Project Leader to drive strategic management across six workstreams, ensuring sequencing from national systems readiness to district and community implementation for RSV vaccine introduction. You will align with the RMNCAHN plan and Ghana's immunization roadmap while coordinating with MOH, GHS, and global partners.

Lead national readiness assessments, budgeting, data integration, and reporting to ensure timely rollout and government readiness for vaccine deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across six project workstreams.
• Lead the development and regular review of the project workplan.
• Ensure readiness across national, subnational, and community levels for RSV vaccine introduction.
• Align project with Ghana RMNCAHN and national immunization strategies.
• Engage with MOH, GHS, EPI, and partners to co-design and implement activities.
• Oversee readiness assessments, budgeting, data systems, and monitoring dashboards.
