Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• 2+ years of project organization, documentation management, and process improvement support.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating projects with deadlines and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power Query, and data-tracking tools.
• Strong skills in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint and Acrobat.
• Ability to develop clear, data-informed recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality improvement, population health, and value-based program initiatives.
• Coordinate APC-LAN activities with providers and state programs, including reporting.
• Support maternal health and behavioral health programs and contract deliverables.
• Develop KPI dashboards and present findings to leadership.
• Prepare materials for meetings and support communications with stakeholders.
