Job summary

The role requires 3+ years with maternity populations or local health departments, strong data visualization and presentation skills, and up to 75% travel. Remote work is allowed within the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with maternity populations OR local health departments.
• 2+ years in data analysis, systems analysis, and presenting data to physicians and leaders.
• 2+ years experience with Medicaid population.
• 2+ years creating data-driven presentations for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and performance evaluation of CMARC/CMHRP program requirements.
• Facilitate meetings to monitor progress toward program requirements.
• Support providers and CMARC/CMHRP programs to meet contractual requirements.
• Build relationships with OB providers, CMARC/CMHRP programs, and partners.
• Collaborate with DHHS/DPH leadership to ensure policy alignment.
• Educate on best practices, and promote quality and cost-effective outcomes.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions.
• Represent the health plan at community events and with external partners.
