Job summary

Health First is seeking an Obstetric Care Nurse Program Coordinator to lead maternal health initiatives, coordinate across campuses, and serve as a clinical navigator for high-risk and underserved populations. Qualifications

• BSN required; Florida RN license.
• 3 years recent clinical or care coordination in obstetrics.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and lead programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and coordination of maternal health initiatives across campuses.
• Standardizes prenatal education programs across formats to support patient experience and organizational goals.
• Develops workflows for patient referral and care coordination across outpatient, inpatient, and community settings.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support program operations, patient access, and system integration.
• Coordinates maternal health education across facilities; recruits and schedules educators; ensures curriculum alignment.
• Plans community outreach to promote maternal health programs and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitors program performance, equity initiatives, and barriers to care; contributes to improvement efforts.
