Bachelor's degree in health education, public health, or related field.
One year of experience as Health Education Assistant I with the County of Riverside.
Knowledge of health education principles, methods, and techniques; ability to prepare educational materials.

Responsabilidades

Assess community health and patient education needs and participate in planning, development, and evaluation of programs.
Assist in coalitions, advisory councils, and partnerships to promote health education activities.
Plan and conduct educational sessions for schools, community groups, and agencies on health topics.
Prepare educational materials, bulletins, and displays; manage media contacts.
Schedule appointments and manage patient/participant flow; provide health and nutrition education as needed.
