The County of Riverside- Riverside University Health System- Public Health is currently recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse II-III for the Maternal Child Adolescent Health department located in Riverside. This program promotes health and disease prevention through case management services to the high-risk and vulnerable populations, which include populations with opioid and other substance abuse history, and high-risk pregnant women and children.
Incumbents in this position will conduct home visits, assess high-risk pregnant women, children, and adults, provide case management, link clients to appropriate services and resources, and document all services and assessments in EPIC. A valid CA driver's license is required.
- A Valid CA Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Public Health Nursing Certificate. (Can obtain within 6 months of hire)
- A valid CA Driver's License.
