Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or equivalent training leading to registry.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; knowledge of high-risk obstetric conditions.

Responsibilities

• Selects equipment and adjusts controls per exam protocol.
• Performs ultrasound examinations and records diagnostic data.
• Explains the procedure to patients and assists with proper positioning.
• Maintains patient data and quality assurance records.
• Disinfects equipment and supports training and QA activities.
