VHC Health Physicians in Arlington, Virginia seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our Women's Health team.

You will provide consultation and management for high-risk pregnancies, collaborate with obstetricians, genetics, neonatology, and other specialists, and contribute to quality improvement and program growth at a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Virginia
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Provide consultation, evaluation, and management for patients with high-risk pregnancies
• Diagnose and manage complex maternal medical conditions
• Evaluate and manage fetal abnormalities and high-risk fetal conditions
• Perform advanced obstetrical ultrasound examinations
• Perform MFM procedures (amniocentesis, CVS)
• Collaborate with genetic counselors on prenatal testing
• Partner with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other providers
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation services
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and care planning
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain documentation in EMR
• Participate in call coverage and departmental duties
