Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to join a busy Women’s and Children’s division with a modern birthing center. The MFM clinic is embedded within the OB/GYN clinic and hospital.

The role features 4–5 days/week, 8 am–5 pm, with no call; expected office volume around 10 patients/day and 2–4/month procedures. The program supports a Level III NICU and a large high-risk referral base.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in MFM required or board eligible/certification in process.
• ABOG certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consulte-based practice with primary base in MFM clinic embedded in OB/GYN clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN team and NICU team at Level III facility.
• Deliveries: >1,200/year; inpatient consults 5-10/month.
• No call requirements; typical 4–5 days/week, 8:00–17:00.
