Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is recruiting a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a busy Women’s and Children’s division, featuring a state-of-the-art Birthing Center and a collegial, growing team.

The role is primarily consultation-based with a base in the MFM clinic, and a schedule of 4–5 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm with no on-call requirements. Expect about 10 office patients per day, with 2–4 procedures per month and 5–10 inpatient consults monthly, delivering 1,200+ per year.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in MFM.
• ABOG certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultation-based practice with primary base in the MFM clinic embedded in the OB/GYN Clinic and attached to the hospital.
• Collaborate with the OB/GYN team of physicians, CNMs and NPs.
• Essentia Health – Fargo is a Level III NICU with a recently remodeled Birthing Center.
• Deliveries exceeding 1,200 per year and inpatient consults on a monthly basis.
