Job description

Position Overview

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a board certified or board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our integrated, high‑functioning prenatal team located in Southwest Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to 21‑25 patients per day in the clinic.
• Share telephone consult calls with two other MFM physicians (calls are mainly telephone consults).
• Perform clinical care; deliveries are not required.
• Collaborate with a well‑trained staff that includes 8 sonographers, nurses, and other medical professionals.

Work Arrangement

Part‑time or full‑time (0.6–1.0FTE) with a production model compensation.

Compensation

• 1‑year guarantee of $524,000 with significant upside earning potential.
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus.
• Two‑year partnership track position with a reasonable buy‑in.
