Job description

Seeking a BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a consultative-only practice in Indianapolis, IN.

Details:

• Practice offers services such as high-risk pregnancy consultation, routine and detailed fetal anatomic survey, prenatal screening, and fetal diagnostic testing.
• Ideal candidate will provide maternal and fetal care with a strong emphasis on prenatal diagnosis and treatment while maintaining compassionate, clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.
• Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Consult-only call schedule with no prenatal care and no deliveries.
• Shared call.
• Strong referral base from network OB-GYNs.
• Average outpatient volume: 80 patients per week.
• Inpatient consultations at a single facility.
• Level 3 NICU.
• Procedures: Amniocentesis.
• Preferred but not required procedures: Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS), Percutaneous Umbilical Cord Blood Sampling (PUBS), Intrauterine Transfusion.
• On-site Equipment: GE Voluson E10, Viewpoint Software.
• Cincinnati Children's Fetal Care Center is only 2 hours away.
• Full-time Genetic Counselor on staff.
