Job summary

Duke Health Integrated Practice is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join their primarily obstetric team. Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, prescribing treatments, and providing education on women's health issues.

Candidates should have a Master's degree, proper licensure in North Carolina, and hold BLS certification. A supportive work environment and competitive salary are offered. Experience in High-Risk Obstetrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and board-certified as a Physician Assistant or hold an appropriate RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in High-Risk Obstetrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations and record data in patient records.
• Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures.
• Provide patient education on pregnancy and postpartum care.
• Prescribe treatments and maintain records of patient progress.
• Collaborate with NP/PAs for clinic and telephone triage coverage.
