Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (ABOG) or senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+) training.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACOG/SMFM standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate maternal-fetal case presentations, fetal imaging, and antenatal surveillance.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for maternal-fetal care.
