Qualifications

• Licensed in the District of Columbia or licensed in another state with DC licensure application.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess anthropometric data, medical history and lab values.
• Assign nutritional risk codes based on guidelines.
• Develop high-risk care plans and follow-up in CARES.
• Prescribe food packages considering nutritional needs and cultural preferences.
• Provide individual and group nutrition education and breastfeeding advocacy.
