Responsibilities

Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service to the College, community, health system and profession.
Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering nursing care to individuals or groups.
Evaluates and provides documented feedback to students on performance based on course objectives.
Maintains knowledge of agency/clinical policies and expectations; prepares written clinical assignments.
May teach didactic content under supervision and supports program development and student satisfaction.
