Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• 2+ years of maternal-child nursing experience within the last five years.
• Excellent communication skills with sound judgment.
• Current RN licensure in IL or IN is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements teaching of clinical nursing skills per curriculum.
• Plans clinical experiences and supervises nursing students.
• Provides feedback on student performance.
• Maintains knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
• May teach didactic content under supervision.
