• Must communicate, collaborate, and coordinate care effectively with clients, families, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Must demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and complete duties within allotted time. Meets Agency productivity expectations.
• Demonstrates respect, tolerance, and understanding for clients dignity, autonomy, individuality and independence. Acts as an advocate for clients and family in meeting their health care needs.
• Establish trust and confidence in client relationship, while maintaining appropriate boundaries for a therapeutic relationship.
