Job summary

RTX Pratt & Whitney in Columbus, GA seeks a Materials Working Lead for the AIM Mod Center. This hands-on leadership role coordinates daily production, coaches team members, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time output on weekend night shifts.

You will resolve material issues, manage WIP, provide on-floor support, and drive continuous improvement with RCCA, 6S, and EH&S. Requires 4+ years in manufacturing and ability to operate PIV and SAP environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, production control or logistics.
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities on weekend night shifts.
• Provide hands‑on production floor support by monitoring WIP and planning upcoming jobs.
• Lead, coach, and engage team members with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
