The role serves as the primary contact between drivers and warehouse teams, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate material handling per QAD requirements.

You will operate the MRP system, complete transactions with scanners, and collaborate across departments to keep inventory flowing smoothly.

• Receive material as required.
• Coordinate material picking and put away within supermarket warehouses.
• Elevate issues and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Learn and follow all applicable policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Yard Coordinator is responsible for the movement of all trailers and the coordination of all materials from trailers to production. This position will serve as the main contact between drivers and warehouse teams. Coordinate all trailer movements within the warehouse yard and the plant, according to QAD replenishment requirements Ensure to fulfilled QAD replenishment orders on time Completing material transaction on computer system and scanners. Maintain QAD replenishment system updated according to locations parameters storage Receive material as required. Coordinate the material picking and put away within supermarket warehouses Serve as main contact for switching driver; coordinate with warehouse teams; elevate issues. Learn and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Portions of the job may not be standardized or completely described in the job description and my require some independent action and thinking by the employee.

Qualification Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Strong team player with ability to interact with all functional areas
• Ability to work with MRP system
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and learn computer applications

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in assembly/manufacturing warehouse, stockroom setting preferred
• 1+ years production control experience preferred
• Automotive manufacturing preferred

Work hours:

Monday - Friday 5pm - 5am
