Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Logistics Associate to operate PIT equipment and manage inventory across a multi-site warehouse. The role starts with a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and will rotate to a 2-2-3 shift in Q1 as business needs change.

You will ensure accurate material flow, perform cycle counts, use SAP and WMS, and support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while upholding LEGO safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years in logistics, warehouse, or material handling.
• Strong systems orientation with WMS (SAP preferred).
• Experience operating PIT equipment and handheld scanners.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Cycle counts and inventory investigations experience.
• AGVs and automated warehouse systems experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and process issues.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and PIT equipment to move materials.
• Follow established warehouse procedures for logistics activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.
• Load/unload materials from suppliers across locations.
• Prepare and ship finished goods to distribution centers.
• Receive, unpack, and deliver goods per FSC requirements.
• Consolidate materials and create production kits.
• Perform material picking and inventory splits as needed.
• Troubleshoot AGVs and automated handling systems.
• Use WMS and SAP to manage inventory movements.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
