Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist in Richmond, VA to lead automated logistics operations in the Materials Warehouse. You will ensure production plans are met, maintain logistics equipment, and manage warehouse software such as WMS and SAP.

The role involves continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience with automated systems, a engineering/automation background, and strong analytical skills to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

Must have experience operating automated equipment and logistics software.
Engineering/Automation/Mechatronics background is required or preferred.
Experience with WMS and SAP or similar systems is essential.
Strong problem solving and decision making in fast-paced operations.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
Ability to coordinate and lead maintenance on logistics equipment.
High analytical ability to optimize material flow.

Responsibilities

Operate automated logistics equipment to meet production plans and quality goals.
Manage warehouse software systems (WMS, SAP, COMBI, AGV, AL, ETTRIC, TGW).
Monitor warehouse processes to protect material integrity and on-time delivery.
Optimize material flow and implement contingency plans to reduce impact.
Collaborate with departments to reroute flow during failures.
Participate in CI events and maintenance projects.
