Job summary

Ceramex North America, a subsidiary of SRC Holdings Corporation, seeks a Materials & Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory from receipt to shipment. You will lead receiving, shipping, warehouse, materials, and inventory-control activities, ensuring ERP records match physical inventory and driving a no-error culture.

This hands-on leadership role requires prioritization, team development, and disciplined material processes to support production schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of Receiving, Shipping, Warehouse and Inventory Control.
• Ability to maintain alignment between physical inventory and ERP records.
• Prioritize, develop the team and maintain a no-error culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving, Shipping, Warehouse, Materials and Inventory Control activities.
• Own inventory accuracy physically and systematically; investigate variances and fix root causes.
• Plan weekly cycle counts, monthly audits and annual physical inventory with approvals.
• Ensure all ERP transactions for receipts, transfers, issues, returns and shipments are accurate and timely.
• Create, maintain and validate item master data and BOMs for new part launches.
• Maintain controlled flow of materials to Operations and finished goods to customers.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and logistics and resolve issues.
• Monitor shortages, aging inventory, and risks to avoid production disruption.
• Develop and enforce standard work for processes and mentor the team.
