Job summary

Ceramex North America seeks a Materials & Warehouse Manager to lead inventory control, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations in Springfield, MO. You will ensure accurate ERP transactions, cycle counts, and BOM setup while driving a no-error culture and strong team performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Finance, and a commitment to timely material availability to support production schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Lead receiving, shipping, warehouse, materials and inventory-control activities.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through disciplined ERP transactions and cycle counts.
• Own setup and launch of new parts, item masters, routings/material requirements and BOMs in ERP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate employees for receiving, stocking, material handling, picking, packing, shipping and warehouse organization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy physically and in system; investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
• Plan weekly cycle counts, monthly audits, and annual physical inventory with accurate adjustments.
