Job summary

Utah Testing and Engineering is seeking a Materials Testing Technician to support our service center operations. The role involves testing materials in the field and lab to verify conformance with construction plans and specs, and preparing daily written reports.

You will perform paperwork for each job and complete duties as directed by the Inspector, contributing to our commitment to safety and quality. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of materials testing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials in field and lab to verify conformance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and complete daily written reports.
• Complete paperwork for each job and perform duties as directed by Inspector.
