Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a CMT Staff Project Manager I to join our Charlottefield services team, offering a blend of office and field duties. You will support project execution, budgeting, and documentation while developing technical and project management skills aligned with ECS Core Values.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Science in civil or related fields and can work in a team environment; a professional license is not required but beneficial for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Construction/Materials or Geology fields.
• Willingness to learn CMT principles and ASTM testing procedures.
• Experience with field reports, budgeting, and project documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support management of CMT projects, review field reports, and help resolve issues.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, change orders, and collections.
• Prepare proposals and project documentation, assist with lab testing.
• Perform testing of soils, concrete, masonry, steel, and asphalt as needed.
• Coordinate field staff, communicate with teams and contractors.
