Terracon Fort Collins is seeking a Department Manager to lead our Materials Department, guiding a diverse team of project managers and technicians. You will drive quality testing services, ensure on-time delivery, and align with client requirements and company standards.

In collaboration with the operations manager, you will shape staffing plans, develop annual business plans, and monitor key metrics such as revenue growth, project profitability, and safety performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology; 5+ years’ practice experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, 9+ years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing Materials Department team of 13+ professionals including PMs and Technicians.
• Oversee proposals, cost estimates, scoping, and resource allocation.
• Drive business development and client relationships with the Office Manager.
