Job summary

UCHealth in Englewood, CO is seeking a full-time Central Supply Associate to pick sterile products for surgical cases, receive shipments, and coordinate dock-to-dock transportation. This onsite role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restocks incoming supplies. Pulls and delivers stock requisitions. Researches items with insufficient information to receive. Uses powered equipment as needed.
• Records receipts in system; processes paperwork; troubleshoots problems. Delivers inbound packages throughout the facility. Delivers department orders and non-routine supplies as assigned. Coordinates outbound material; expedites and locates items. Assists with workflow and dock-to-dock communication.
• Assists with improving accuracy and timeliness. Assists with physical inventory data entry and comparison verification. Maintains working knowledge of inventory par level analysis. Performs expiration functions. Coaches staff as needed.
• Performs clerical tracking to include: Stat issues/transfers, note and verify stock discrepancies, filing, and other duties as assigned. Processes outbound shipping as needed. Manifests product for courier delivery. May occasionally drive hospital trucks.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
