Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Distribution Clerk for an onsite role in Colorado Springs. The position is full-time (80 hours per pay period) with evenings shifts and pay ranging from $19.10 to $24.83 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include counting, delivering, and maintaining supply levels on patient care units and departments, delivering time-sensitive equipment and exchanges, and ensuring proper receipt and sorting of shipments.

• Job related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restocks incoming supplies. Pulls and delivers stock requisitions. Uses powered equipment as needed.
• Verifies shipment contents are correct and undamaged. Delivers inbound packages throughout the facility. Sorts outbound product and materials. Delivers department orders and non-routine supplies as assigned.
• Records receipts in system; processes paperwork. Assists with physical inventory data entry and comparison verification. Maintains working knowledge of inventory par level analysis. Performs expiration functions.
• Performs clerical tracking to include: Stat issues/transfers, note and verify stock discrepancies, filing, and other duties as assigned. Processes outbound shipping as needed. Manifests product for courier delivery.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
