Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience meeting regulatory requirements.
• Experience or training in manufacturing environments.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions may be required.
• Prior forklift or material handling knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and ISO/TS/HR standards.

Responsibilities

• Duties include forklift operations, verification of part numbers, quantity, and location accuracy in warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Perform system transactions for receiving/warehousing/packaging/shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and meet delivery/production goals; track variances.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Cross-train across Materials department functions (Receiving, Warehouse, Packaging, Shipping).
• Maintain accurate process documentation and support site-wide material processes.
